What do i do if I have forgotten my password?

From the Login menu at the top right of your screen, click "Forgot your password?" Enter the email that MSC has on file and follow the instructions. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
Tip: Ensure you use an email address that you check regularly. You can always change your email address by updating your profile.

I want to pay but don’t have a Paypal Account:

Not to worry. MSC uses Paypal to process payments, but there is no obligation by members to create a Paypal Account. When redirected to the Paypal website, simply click on the grey button [Pay with Debit or Credit Card] and proceed to pay as a guest using a valid debit or credit card.


I have signed on and updated my information but have quit before processing my payment. Now what?

Your information has been saved. When you’re ready to make your payment return to the Membership Form and continue.


I am a new member. How do I create a user account?

From the Login menu at the top right of your screen click "create an account". Complete the required information and click [REGISTER]. An email will be sent prompting you to click the link to activate. Now you are ready to go, login, then go to the membership form.


Member joins, forgets to select storage

Contact the Membership Director, to ensure there is a spot. Then we'll send you a link to pay for your spot.


How do I acquire an additional bay or storage rack?

Contact the Membership Officer to ensure there is a spot. Then we'll send you a link to pay for your spot.


Why is my credit card not accepted?

  1. Check your expiry date.
  2. Ensure your address matches what is on your credit card account.
  3. Ensure you card has no fraud alert/hold.
  4. Ensure your card has not exceeded the limit.
  5. If you already have a Paypal account with that credit card, and you try and pay with that credit card on the Paypal system outside of the login, you will get a fraud alert and it will be rejected.

I am trying to complete my membership application/renewal but I can't get past the Terms and Conditions. What do I do?

There may be something wrong with the configuration of your internet browser. Try using Firefox or Chrome.
